About This Site

Apple Examiner began as “Mac OS X Forensics” in October of 2007. The goal of this site is to bring together information, tools, techniques, and resources that help you as an Apple and Macintosh analyst. Every page on this site comes from your feedback and questions.

The site knowledge is brought together from law enforcement experience, community input, certifications, and training. As you will see from the pages, we have contributors from various backgrounds and from all parts of the world.
